BLAME BUSH, BLAME AZNAR, DON'T BLAME TERRORISTS

GUARDIAN SINKS TO NEW LOW
English newspaper says George Bush has been worse for Europe than Soviet-era generals

This disgraceful piece assaults Western leaders like Bush and Aznar without even condemning the terrorists who killed innocent civilians in New York, Washington, Pennsylvania and Madrid. The Guardian does not even mention the dictators and killers who have made millions of Arab lives miserable due to their tyrannical leadership and fanatical ideals.

For instance, "[Bush] has divided Europe at a historic time of expansion and imposed greater strains on the transatlantic military alliance than ever a Soviet general sitting in Moscow at the height of the cold war could have done."

"Mr Bush has made his "war" a personal and a partisan one, when the response to al-Qaida should be neither."

"We need to take the fight against terror out of America's hands. We need to get beyond the them and us, the good guys and the bad guys, and seek a genuinely collective response. Europe should seize the moment that America failed to grasp."

Hat tip to: EURSOC. They aptly described this Guardian leader as "staggeringly idiotic."
