SUPREME COURT: RULES ON CONFRONTATION CLAUSE
Justice Antonin Scalia says Defendant must be able to cross-examine witness for out-of-court statements

According to Reuters, Scalia said, "the Constitution did not allow such evidence to be admitted against the accused unless the witness was unavailable and the defendant had a prior chance for cross-examination."
